Good point. I saw lack of empathy and poor listening as part of egocentricity. Once one start to think of their readers, they empathize with their point of view and listens to them more. But good that you spell these out as they deserve their own mention.

I like that lack of confidence part and nervousness. Indeed, I shouldn't have skipped that. I've seen people who omit important details just because they are too afraid to take other people's time. Thanks for pointing this out
