Good point, but how are the two definitions different. By saying that "if a population is sampled multiple times and the 95% CI calculated for each of the samples then approximately 95% of those CIs will include the true mean". Then for this one sample, the chance that the true mean will fall within its 95% CI is also 95%. Right?
